Hardware Procurement & Deployment

New hardware should arrive ready to work: accounts set up, security applied, files migrated, old machine retired.

Buying computers is easy. Buying the right computers — and getting them into people’s hands configured, secured, and with everything migrated — is the part that eats time. We spec hardware for the actual workload, source it at cost plus a transparent margin, and deliver machines that are genuinely ready on day one.

We deliberately don’t default to the cheapest option. Underpowered hardware is a recurring cost dressed up as a saving — your most expensive people waiting on your cheapest equipment.

What we deliver

  • Hardware specification matched to each role’s real workload
  • Sourcing at cost plus a standard, transparent margin
  • Pre-configuration: operating system, accounts, security baseline, software
  • Data migration from old machines, and responsible retirement of them
  • Warranty and lifecycle tracking

How the engagement works

Hardware is supplied at cost plus a standard margin, with configuration and deployment billed as time and materials — or absorbed into a managed arrangement.

We’re honest about price: we’re not the cheapest, and that’s deliberate. Every proposal comes with a cost-benefit summary so you can see exactly what you’re getting back.

Point at the problem. We’ll optimise it.

Start with a short, no-commitment diagnostic. We’ll look at what you’ve got, tell you what we’d change and what it would save — and if everything’s in great shape, we’ll tell you that too.
