How the engagement works
A fixed monthly fee based on estimated weekly hours, with a built-in cap — guaranteed availability, not a subscription. Small reactive fixes are absorbed within the arrangement; project work is scoped and billed separately. You get a predictable cost you can budget around, and we get the room to do proactive work during quiet periods.
We’re honest about price: we’re not the cheapest, and that’s deliberate. Every proposal comes with a cost-benefit summary so you can see exactly what you’re getting back.
